Candice King is an American actress, made her name in the role of Caroline Forbes in The Vampire Diaries. Candice King first began her acting career in the early 1990s as a musician. She released her first album, 'It's Always The Innocent in the United States', in 2009. In it, she composed twelve out of the 14 tracks in the album. While working, she also worked on her acting career, as well as acting as a guest on several shows such as How I Met Your Mother and Greek. Although she had a steady career, her big break came only with The Vampire Diaries. It was the first show to make her a household name. Candice received acclaim as an outstanding actress as well as her impressive performances. The series lasted for 171 seasons over eight seasons. Her regular role was featured on The Originals, a spin-off in the year 2018 and Legacies in 2021, which was a show.
